Wan Lung Eng brings over 20 years of extensive experience as a finance and accounting executive, investment banker, and private equity professional. His expertise spans corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, principal investments, and corporate development across diverse industries within financial institutions and corporations. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at VitalCheck Wellness, a global healthcare services provider, overseeing finance strategy, planning, tax, treasury, accounting, and financial reporting. Before this role, he was CFO at Teclison, a biotechnology company developing cancer therapeutics, where he led its first institutional capital raise and IPO readiness strategy,including SEC filings. Wan Lung also held the role of CFO at Spectral MD, a predictive analytics company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Under his leadership, he steered the IPO process and increased the company’s valuation by 3.8x through organizational restructuring, pricing optimization, product diversification, and international expansion. Earlier, he was Senior Vice President & CFO at Immersive Artistry, where he led strategic planning, investor relations, and capital raises. His previous roles include advising telecom, media and technology companies on M&A transactions at RBC Capital Markets and managing principal investments at Macquarie Group. He also held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Wells Fargo, and CIAS International, a private equity firm under Temasek Holdings. Wan Lung holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Accounting from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
